ITINERARY

Day 1 - Arrival in Manila
Arrive Manila via _____ ETA: ______, meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to hotel and check in. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight accommodation in St. Giles Hotel Makati.

Day 2 – Manila City tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel.
0900H- Pick up and proceed with Manila City tour.
Manila City, being the old district of Metro Manila, keeps the historical and cultural values. It is also a place for modern leisure and business with its world class malls, entertainment venues for big events, conventions and meetings, casinos, golf course and lively nightlife. Manila, have a glance - Visit Rizal Park, where the country’s national hero was executed. Onto the Walled City of Intramuros, tour Fort Santiago, a Spanish medieval fortress that used to be Spain’s most durable bastion in the East, the place political enemies were executed and houses some of Rizel’s memorabilia. Stop at San Agustin Church, then to the reclaimed areas where the convention centers, art’s venue, Mall of Asia which is one of the biggest malls in the world, stand majestically. Drive through Ayala Avenue in Makati, the modern commercial and financial district of the country. Proceed to the American Memorial Park, marking over 37000 soldiers who died during WWII. Lunch at a local restaurant, then return to hotel. Overnight accommodation in St. Giles Hotel Makati.

Day 3 – Manila to Bohol (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out and transfer to domestic airport for flight to Bohol. Arrive Tagbilaran aiport, meet and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight accommodation in Bohol Beach Club.

Day 4 - Chocolate Hills/Rivercruise tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Breakfast at the resort.
0800H – pick up at the lobby and proceed with Chocolate Hills/Rivercruise tour.
Nature and adventure…Visit historical landmarks such as the blood compact marker, Baclayon church then pass by the man-made mahogany forest. On to the fabulous Chocolate Hills with a short stop to have an eye to eye encounter with the smallest specie of the monkey the “Tarsier” Board a motorized boat to cruise Loay/Loboc rivers, lunch onboard, a truly relaxing scenery, return to hotel. Overnight accommodation in Bohol Beach Club.

Day 5 – Bohol to Cebu (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the resort.
Check out and transfer to Bohol port for ferry ride going to Cebu. Arrive Cebu port, transfer to hotel and check in. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight accommodation in Quest Hotel Cebu City.

Day 6 - Cebu City/Mactan Twin tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel.
0800H – pick up and proceed to Cebu City/Mactan Twin tour.
Where everything lies… Cebu City is the smaller scale of Manila with its commercial and financial values. However, distinct is its advantage ofhaving beach shores that captivates many tourists, yet keeps its historical secrets. The tour brings you to Fort Pedro; Cross of Magellan, the site of the first mass celebration in 1521 now a famous landmark in Cebu, Santo Nino Church which houses the image of the Holy Child Jesus venerated by the Cebuanos as their Patron Saint. Drive through the Avenue of flags onward to the provincial capital. Then drive up to Beverly Hills, a scenic subdivision to view the entire city and the Taoist Temple where both believers & non-believers climb several steps to light joss sticks and have their fortune read. An island made of coal stones…Southeast of Cebu City is Mactan Island – made up mainly of coal stones. Stop at the Lapu-lapu’s Monument, built near the seashore in honor of the brave chief who fought for the freedom of the Filipinos. On to the Maribago district to a guitar factory run by the third generation and witness how the best guitars and ukeleles in the Philippines are made. Lunch at local restaurant, then return to hotel. Overnight accommodation in Quest Hotel Cebu City.

Day 7 – Cebu to Bacolod (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel. 
Check out and transfer to Mactan airport for flight to Bacolod. Arrive Bacolod airport, transfer to hotel and check in.  Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight accommodation in Seda Capitol Bacolod.

Day 8 - Negros Cultural and Heritage tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel.
0800H – pick up at and proceed with Negros Cultural and Heritage tour.
Visit the Negros Museum as well as the Dizon-Ramos Museum. Visit the Museum Negrense de La Salle. Continue to Silay. Silay is also known as the “Paris of Negros”. Full day in-depth visit of Silay City. The town has more than 30 houses that have been declared heritage houses. We visit the Balay Negrenses, the Hofileña House and the Jalandoni House amongst others. We will meet some of the owners of a heritage house. Lunch at local restaurant, then return to hotel.
Overnight accommodation in Seda Capitol Bacolod

Day 9 – Bacolod to Manila (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out and transfer to Bacolod airport for flight to Manila. Arrive Manila domestic airport, meet and transfer to International airport for return flight

 BOOKING GUIDELINES & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION  AND CONFIRMATION
Send in all pertinent details of the booking by e-mail at rsvn@kbsthailand.com. KBS TRAVEL & INTERTRADE COMPANY COMPANY LIMITED will do the reservations based on your requirements.  It is important that details are provided and complete to facilitate immediate confirmation.  It is our policy to answer messages within 24 hours on working days. In case we are unable to confirm requested services, alternatives will be given. Special requests or services, such as vegetarian or handicapped must be indicated upon booking.

VOUCHERS
KBS TRAVEL AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED will send Voucher which indicates the details or services to be rendered to you/company.  Any changes  shall  be  provided  only  with  your  prior advice, otherwise services in the latest communication  and documents available shall be provided.

TOUR AND PACKAGE RATES
All rates are quoted in THAI BAHT and not include Value Added Tax (VAT).  We engage ourselves in confirming the rates within the inclusive period, however  should there be any drastic adjustment in  currency, fuel cost, hotel or supplier’s cost or any event that have  direct effect on our rate structure, such shall be  accounted and adjustment will be advised at the time of final confirmation.

CONCESSIONS and CHILD POLICIES
Room concession will vary from the hotels and resorts policies. Children  ages 12 years and above are quoted as adults,  while 2 - 11 years will be charge 80% on tour packages.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENT / REMITTANCE
Deposit or full payment is required upon confirmation or 30 days prior to the clients’ arrival, unless other arrangement has been previously agreed upon.  However, full payment shall be imposed to confirm reservations during peak season and for group movements and incentives.

All bank charges and fees incurred shall be borne by the depositor. KBS TRAVE L AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED must   receive nett as per invoice.

We will appreciate to receive a copy of the Bank payment advice so we can coordinate effect of credit. Bookings not paid on the departure day, KBS TRAVEL AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED has the right to collect directly from the clients unless with prior arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS
As a matter of practice, we do not charge cancellation fees, but if hotels or other suppliers do so, we shall pass on to you.  We therefore encourage you to be conscious on the options and deadlines.

LIABILITY
KBS TRAVEL AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED acts only as intermediary  for transport operators (outside its own fleet), airline carriers, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other contracted suppliers and as such, will not be liable for any  loss, misrepresentation,  delay, injury, damage,  accident or  any  irregularity  event. Likewise event that may occur due to passenger/s initiative outside previous arrangement with KBS TRAVEL RAVEL AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED or agency. Cost incurred due to any of these consequences shall be borne by clients, however KBS TRAVEL AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED will extend maximum assistance.  In view of these, KBS TRAVEL AND INTERTRADE COMPANY LIMITED encourages everyone to procure their travel insurance coverage for the duration of their trip.
