How we use personal information

KBS Travel & Intertrade uses information you provide to manage bookings, prepare quotations, communicate with you, arrange services and verify payments.

This includes contact and traveller names, contact details, address, nationality, travel dates, transfer details, child ages where relevant and payment proofs. Please ensure other travellers know you are providing their information, and have a parent or guardian act for children.

The KBS team, relevant hotels, guides and transport operators, and our hosting and email providers may process the information necessary for their roles.

We retain information as needed to deliver services, handle enquiries and meet applicable obligations. Contact the team to ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion. We will verify identity and applicable requirements before acting.

This version uses sign-in cookies and browser storage for preferences and submission handling. It does not include advertising trackers.
