RATES: All rates are quoted net in US$ Dollar per person and subject to change without prior notice. Rates quoted in this Tariff Book are not applicable to passengers attending seminars, conventions, meetings and other similar events.

• Hotel accommodation are based on Single room (one person allowed) Twin/Double room (two persons) and Triple room (Twin/Double room + extra Rollaway bed and 3 persons are allowed).
• Check –in time for hotel is 14:00 and check out time is 12:00 noon, late check out is subject to the room availability by the hotel, but not later than 2:00 P.M. Late check out after 6:00 P.m. will automatically charge as one more night.
• Extension of stay at hotel depends on hotel room availability at time of request from passenger to KBS Office.
• Children below 12 years old sharing with two adults without an extra bed will be charged 50% of adult rate.
• Children below 12 years old sharing room with two adults requested for an extra bed will be charged 75% of adult rate.
• Children below 4 years old sharing room with two adults without an extra bed would be free of charge.
• In case passenger did not take part in any of the program during their stay NO refund is applicable in any circumstances.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations must have to make through the KBS Office in Bangkok only. Payment for the full amount of the program will be required on confirmation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation charge are not levied by KBS Travel and Intertrade Co., Ltd., However, hotels, carriers, restaurants contractors, etc. do charge the cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. Therefore a charge may be made for late cancellation or no shows, based on the date of notification and the actual expenses incurred. There are no refunds for unused portions of any tour or unused services.

CLAIMS AND REFUNDS No claims or refunds will be considered unless submitted in writing and received by the tour operator within 14 days of date service provided. In order to facilitate the investigation of claims it is advisable to bring the matter to the attention of the tour operator before departing Thailand.

MISCELANEOUS PROVISIONS AGENT as independent Contractor – The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that KBS authorized Agent acts as independent contractor with regards to the services offered, and KBS shall not be responsible nor liable for any and all claims, suits, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, injuries, accidents, deaths or delays arising out of or in connection with or related to the acts of omission, misconduct or negligence of AGENT, its directors, officers, employees, subagents or of any other person, and other services related thereto.
